WHO WE ARE
UniSpace Ferrara is a project of the Consorzio Studio Accoglienza Impresa (Con.S.A.I.), created to offer a high-quality living experience to the new generations of university students.
The Consorzio Studio Accoglienza Impresa is a social innovation hub founded and promoted by three cooperatives from Ferrara – Cooperativa Serena, Boschetto 26, and Piccolo Principe – united by the desire to share visions, resources, and expertise gained from their respective experiences, in order to create projects with a high social impact.
Their alliance is built upon a shared culture of hospitality, care, and the promotion of the individual, as well as the belief that only through collaboration can we effectively address the social challenges of our time.
Open to new synergies in the fields of housing, social welfare, inclusion, and educational and cultural innovation, the Consortium positions itself as a true “laboratory of the future,” capable of converging toward ambitious and challenging goals for the common good.
UniSpace Ferrara is the first tangible expression of this shared vision: a project designed to welcome and support university students throughout their personal and academic growth, in an environment that is warm, student-focused, stimulating, and profoundly human.
