Fabbri Residence

Located just outside the historic center, the residence offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas and is designed to provide university students with a welcoming, functional, and stimulating environment in which to fully enjoy their academic journey.

 

The facility offers over fifty beds in single and double rooms, all fully furnished and equipped with independent air conditioning and either a private or shared bathroom.

 

Amenities include a large common area with dining room and meal service, a 2,000-square-meter garden with reserved parking, and shared spaces for studying, leisure, and socializing.

 

In addition to long-term accommodation, a guesthouse service is available for short stays.
